Construction Update – The Oaks Phase 3 – Blocks 9, 10 and 11

The site for Phase 3 of the Oaks – comprising 3 triple-storey buildings – Block 9,10 and 11, was cleared and leveled towards the end of 2017.  The set-out and compacting of the platforms was done in the 1st quarter of 2018 and a retaining wall was also built around Block 9 and 10 and this was completed in April 2018.

Floor plan layouts and foundations for the first Block – Block 9 – in The Oaks Phase 3, began in June 2018 followed by Block 10 and Block 11 in July 2018.  It was decided not to move the Heritage Coral Tree to the Pavilion, but to keep it in its place and build around it, and the parking and garage layouts had to change as a result.  We also added further parking to Phase 3 and reduced the number of Penthouse units to 2 in Block 10. Occupation of all 3 blocks is expected in the 2nd Quarter of 2019.

The 28 simplex and 32 apartment units in the Firs and The Oaks Phase 1 were transferred on the 21st December 2017.  32 units in the Oaks Phase 2 were transferred on the 23rd November 2018 and work is nearing completion on The Oaks Phase 3 – Block 9, 10 and 11
