Heritage House

Heritage House

The historic 1910 Heritage House, the heart of Heritage Mature Lifestyle Estate, was previously the Springkell Sanatorium.  Built in 1910 to look after patients with TB and lung ailments from the mines, it has seen a number of famous residents and ghosts!

The developers are committed to renovating and refurbishing the building to the exacting standards from PHRAG-the Provincial Heritage Association of Gauteng.

Heritage House will provide residents with an elegant social environment that will include the 190 Lounge, the Linton Dining Hall, 19 seater cinema, library, pool room, salon and activity room.

The assisted living Wellness Hub and observation room will also be in the House.

The 1st floor will have 21 studio apartments that will be available for rental
